This white stoneware bowl was wheel of throne and fired to a temperature of 2171° in my home studio.
While leather hard, I then hand carved a series of designs on the interior. I finished the interior and a translucent brown glaze that breaks black over the design. I finished the exterior in a speckled creamy glaze that creates lovely flow.
Would make a lovely fruit bowl, front entry table bowl for your keys or serving dish.
