This black stoneware vase was wheel thrown and fired to a temperature of 2171 degrees.
While leather hard, I hand carved a series of cattails to the exterior. After bisque firing I then hand glazed it in a creamy shade of beige that breaks beautifully over the texture.
Whether displayed as a standalone art object or used to hold a bouquet, this vase adds a bold artistic statement to your home decor.
Truly a one of a kind gift.
Stands approximately 11” tall, 4” at its widest point.
